Construction Manager in Full-Time or Part-Time

• In this position, you are responsible for and coordinate all activities on the construction site with the aim of fulfilling the contract in a high-quality and timely manner, particularly in the areas of construction site management, assembly and commissioning.
• Participation in the preparation of assembly schedules.
• Planning, setting up and procuring construction site facilities.
• Responsible contact person and link between the client, specialist departments and subcontractors.
• Monitoring compliance with and enforcement of the relevant safety regulations (SGU).
• Implementation of reports to the client.

• Degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge in the field of plant engineering (chemistry / petrochemistry / refinery technology) as well as basic specialist knowledge in the field of construction / steel construction.
• Independent way of working.
• Confident appearance and assertiveness.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• Knowledge of English and / or another foreign language.
