Engineer: Mechanical & Equipment Engineering in Full-Time or Part-Time

• As a mechanical and equipment engineering engineer (m/f/d), you are responsible for the proper and timely creation and elaboration of the detailed specifications for the purchase of machines and equipment as well as technical support of the related procurement processes from the offer phase to commissioning.
• You create equipment-related concepts, specifications and requisitions in the mechanical and equipment engineering trade.
• You determine and design accessory components.
• The determination and verification of mechanical and equipment-related performance data are part of your spectrum, as is the determination and verification of design parameters for rotating or static equipment, checking manufacturer drawings and documentation.
• You check the offers against your specification and create the technical offer comparison, conduct the technical award negotiations and carry out production controls and inspections and monitor test bench runs.
• Processing of compressors, heavy process pumps, blowers and turbines or containers, columns, filters and heat exchangers as well as package units, etc.
• You ensure the quality of the planning documents developed by the team.
• And you consistently adhere to the specified deadlines and budget shares.
• You coordinate the specification creation and review of the manufacturer documents in a leading and cross-trade manner.
• You take on the lead functions in your project team.

• You have completed a degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or have a comparable qualification.
• You are willing to acquire excellent knowledge in the field of machine and equipment technology in national and international plant engineering projects (chemistry / petrochemicals / refinery).
• You are happy to acquire your specialist knowledge in relation to key laws, guidelines and standards for design and construction in the field of machine and equipment technology.
• You have an independent, structured way of working and a confident demeanor, are assertive and enjoy working together in a team. You think and act in an entrepreneurial and forward-looking manner.
• You impress with your communication skills and have very good written and spoken German and / or English; another foreign language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel is a matter of course for you in this business.
