Estimator – Layout in Full-Time or Part-Time

• As an estimator, you are responsible for calculating investment costs for plant construction projects in the petrochemical sector.
• You play a key role when it comes to receiving relevant technical information and associated costs from the specialist departments, preparing it and communicating it to the project management and the customer.
• You actively support our team in the area of project management as a cost estimator.
  This includes calculating the investment costs of our projects for all areas of the project life cycle.
• You calculate the budget for the investments to be made, taking into account the cost structure, the methodology and the accuracy class of the individual project phases.
• You work with other specialist departments and are responsible for communicating the customer's requirements to our team, evaluating the technical input, preparing the calculation and documenting the basis of estimate.
• You are also responsible for presenting the calculation to the customer, whereby this presentation takes place in English for the majority of our customers.

• You are preferably a cost engineer for the areas of estimating and/or cost controls or a business economist (m/f/d) or engineer (m/f/d) with an interest in investment cost determination and cost control.
• Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• You are used to working independently and in a structured manner and have a confident demeanor.
• You are a confident user of MS Office.
• You have a high level of interest and motivation to familiarize yourself with the area of cost engineering and to develop further.
• You are an absolute team player and show a high level of commitment.
• You are fluent in German or English, both written and spoken.
• We would be happy if you have knowledge of other foreign languages.
